In the post-COVID period, AWAAM INDIA FOUNDATION witnessed the growing difficulty faced by economically weaker families in arranging marriages with dignity and social acceptance. Rising costs and lack of support left many families struggling. To address this challenge, we initiated Ijtemai Nikah as a structured, transparent, and compassionate solution.
Our work for Ijtemai Nikah continues throughout the year. We carefully receive, verify, and scrutinize marriage enquiries year-round to ensure authenticity, genuine need, and fairness before couples are included in the mass marriage ceremonies.
Beyond the marriage ceremony, we also ensure that each couple begins their new life with essential daily-use household support, helping them take their first steps together with comfort and confidence.
